Medicine in Motion Physiotherapist Karen Decker presents on her recent Beijing experiences and the topic of recovery and regeneration for athletes at the OptiMYz Live show held on January 24 and 25, 2009 at the WTCC

On July 12, 2008, the inaugural entry of the Medicine in Motion Paddlers in Motion team into the Manulife Dragon Boat festival netted great success. The team won the Health Care Cup by winning all its races that day. Along with a trophy for the championship, the team was successful in raising over $2000 for the Nova Scotia Amateur Sport Fund. The team hopes to defend its title in 2009 by completing an off-season training program!

On October 5th, 2008, Medicine In Motion along with KD Physicial Therapies and Soles In Motion had the privilege of sponsoring and participating in the "Run for the Cure". This year's attendance increased to 41 and we raised over $4000.00.
