We’re pleased to have Spring Physio, a multi-disciplinary rehabilitation clinic located alongside Medicine in Motion at Baker Drive.
Spring Physio offers services that complement the care and active lifestyle support already available through Medicine in Motion. Their team helps people stay moving, recover well, and feel more confident in their bodies — whether they are managing osteoarthritis, recovering from a sports injury, preparing for or recovering after surgery, or working on balance and falls prevention.
The physiotherapists at Spring Physio provide a thorough assessment to understand each person’s goals, symptoms, and activity needs. From there, they create an individualized treatment plan focused on reducing pain, improving mobility, building strength, and supporting a safe return to the activities that matter most.
Their approach is active, practical, and encouraging. Treatment may include hands-on care, education, progressive strengthening, mobility work, balance training, and a home exercise program designed to fit into real life — not take it over.
Spring Physio works with people of all ages and activity levels, from active adults looking to get back to sport or recreation, to individuals managing joint pain, recovering after surgery, or wanting to feel steadier on their feet.
Registered massage therapy is also available at Spring Physio and can be a helpful part of recovery and ongoing movement care. Massage therapy may help reduce muscle tension, support recovery from training or everyday physical demands, and improve comfort with movement.
Together, Medicine in Motion and Spring Physio offer a broader circle of support for people who want to move well, recover well, and keep doing the things they enjoy.
